I am glas we live in modern time with right and suitable swimming costume. Perhaps both males and females regardless age should wear tight short, bikini or thong but not loose short or full clothes as it looks silliness.

Now that’s an enterprising young man! Providing pedicures for the girls that have virtually everything else covered up!

Actually those look like photos taken in Victorian England. The costumes aren’t super revealing or anything but they are functional. The North Sea is cold 95% of the time.Also, that had some decorum about them.

Are they swimming in the Potomac river in a lot of those shots? That’s clearly the Washington Monument in the background there, that’s crazy!
